Traveling in Delhi Metro: There is good news for those traveling in Delhi Metro. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has started many new facilities for passengers. Delhi Metro’s mobile app ‘Momentum 2.0 App’ has been updated, in which these new facilities will be available.

Delhi Metro app updated with new services
These include digital locker, e-shopping service, virtual store at the station, QR based ticket booking, ATM service, electricity bill, Fastag etc.traveling in Delhi Metro Currently, digital lockers will be available only at 50 stations. DMRC has become the first public transport service to provide digi locker service to its passengers.
Digital Locker most special service
Digital locker will be very special for Delhi Metro passengers. Key is not used in it. Two types of lockers will be available, one small and one large.traveling in Delhi Metro A total of 82 lockers are provided, for using which you will have to pay Rs 20-30 per hour.
You will have to pay Rs 60 for 6 hours. Passengers can book through mobile app. Information about empty lockers will also be available on the app.traveling in Delhi Metro Locks will be booked for a maximum of 6 hours only. If the time exceeds this, no fees will be charged now, but fees may have to be paid in future.traveling in Delhi Metro A decision on this is yet to be taken.
How to use digital locker
To know how to use the digital locker while traveling in the metro, select the station for which you want to use the locker on the mobile app. Make online payment by filling in the details of which date, time and for how many hours you want the locker.
After booking, if you go to use the locker at the fixed time and date, then feed your mobile number. An OTP will come which will open the locker. Passengers should adopt this system to take out the luggage from the locker. Feed the mobile number, use the OTP and withdraw the goods.

DMRC has currently provided digital lockers at 50 metro stations.traveling in Delhi Metro Passenger Bridge Bangas, Pitampura, Netaji Subhas Place, Jhilmil, 30Hazari, Shastri Nagar, Rithala, New Bus Stand, Shahdara, Seelampur, Shastri Park, Inderlok, Chhatarpur, Rajiv Chowk, Millennium City Centre, Noida Sector 62, Noida Sector 18, Noida City Centre, Dwarka Sector 10, Supreme Court, Dwarka Mod, Karol Bagh, Mayur Vihar Phase1, Kaushambi, Anand Vihari, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Vaishali, Piragani, Mundka, Paschim Vihar West, Punjabi Bagh, Paschim Vihar East, Mohan Estate , Tughlakabad, Badkhal Mod, Govindpuri, Bata Chowk, Sarita Vihar, Moolchand, IExtension, Karkardooma Court, Punjabi Bagh and Shivaji Stadium.

Shopping from virtual store while traveling in metro
Delhi Metro passengers will now be able to do e-shopping while traveling and can take delivery of goods from the virtual store set up at the station. The shopping service will be available on the mobile app.
Passengers can buy goods using Qr code. Dilshad Garden, Welcome, Indralok, Rajiv Chowk, Millennium City Centre, Dwarka Mod, Karol Bagh, Barakhamba Road, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Noida Sector-52, Noida Sector-15, Noida Sector-59, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Virtual Store facility is available at stations located at Vaishali, Punjabi Bagh, Paschim Vihar East, Moolchand, Punjabi Bagh West, Shivaji Stadium.
